Ayon kay PO3 Barry Castillo, pumutok ang gulong ng Metro Shuttle, dahilan kaya nawalan ng kontrol ang driver sa manibela.
Napunta ang bus sa kabilang lane at bumangga sa kasalubong na Bachelor Bus.
Ang Metro Shuttle bus ay papuntang Veruella, Agusan del Sur habang ang Bachelor Bus ay biyaheng Davao City.
Ayon pa sa pulisya, ligtas ang mga driver ng 2 bus pero sila ay naospital dahil sa tinamong sugat.
