Umano’y tulak ng droga, patay sa buy-bust sa Laguna
Patay ang isang hinihinalang drug pusher sa buy-bust operation ng pulisya sa Calamba, Laguna Biyernes ng gabi.
Kinilala ni Sr. Supt. Eleazar Matta, Laguna police director, ang suspek na si Jerico Cabauatan alias Diego, residente ng Barangay Sirang Lupa, Calamba City.
Ayon kay Matta, si Cabauatan ay nasa drugs watchlist ng pulisya.
Isinagawa ang buy-bust ng mga miyembro ng intelligence and city police sa Barangay Mayapa.
Sa gitna ng transaksyon, bumunot umano ng baril ang suspek at pinaputukan ang mga pulis kaya nagkaroon ng shootout na agad ikinamatay ni Cabauatan.
Narekober sa suspek ang .38 caliber, P1,000 cash at sachet ng hinihinalang shabu.
