Isang kasunduan ang nilagdaan ng Bureau of Customs at ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency.

Naglalayon ito ng pagkakaisa ng dalawang ahensya sa pagsugpo sa ilegal na droga sa pamamagitan ng pagpapalakas ng mga operasyon kontra drug smuggling.
