Teenager patay matapos manlaban sa mga pulis sa Davao del Sur
Patay ang isang 16 anyos na binata matapos manlaban sa mga pulis sa Digos City, Davao del Sur Huwebes ng hapon.
Nakatakda lamang sanang magsilbi ng warrant of arrest ang Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) laban sa binata na si Erneto Placibe Jr. alyas ‘Pidot’.
Naglabas ng arrest warrant si Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 18 Judge Marivic Trabajo-Daray laban kay Placibe.
Gayunman, imbes na sumuko, kinuha ni Placibe ang kanyang homemade revolver at tinangkang paputukan ang mga pulis.
Dito na pinaputukan ng mga awtoridad ang suspek.
Dinala pa ito sa Davao del Sur Provincial Hospital ngunit agad ding dineklarang dead on arrival.
Batay sa records ng pulisya, sangkot sa mga kasong pagnanakaw si Placibe.
