Ang naturang programa ay hudyat ng pagsisimula ng rehabilitasyon sa Manila Bay.
Pinangunahan ang programa ni Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Secretary Roy Cimatu sa Quirino Grandstand.
Maliban sa ilang opisyal ng DENR, Manila Bay Inter-Agency Task Force at Philippine National Police (PNP) Maritime group, kasama rin sa martsa sina Tourism Secretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat, Interior and Local Government Secretary Eduardo Año, Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark Villar.
Tumugtog din ang PNP Marching Band sa kasagsagan ng ceremonial walk.
Matatandaang sinabi ng DENR na magiging bahagi ng rehabilitasyon ang Central Luzon at Calabarzon.
