HDO inilabas ng korte sa Legazpi City laban kay Daraga Mayor Carlwyn Baldo
Nagpalabas na ng precautionary hold departure order ang korte sa Legazpi City laban kay Daraga Mayor Carlwyn Baldo.
Kinumpirma ito ni Department of Justice Undersecretary at Spokesperson Mark Perete.
Ayon kay Perete, ang PHDO ay inilabas ng Legazpi Regional Trial Court laban sa alkalde.
Sa ilalim ng PHDO, hindi basta-basta na makalalabas ng bansa si Baldo.
Ang paglalabas ng HDO laban kay Baldo ay hiniling sa korte ng officer-in-charge sa Provincial Prosecutor ng Albay noong Jan. 7, 2019.
Ito ay matapos tukuyin ng PNP na si Baldo ang utak sa pagpatay kay Ako Bicol Party-list Rep. Rodel Batocabe.
