ARMM bumoto ng ‘yes’ sa BOL

Niratipikahan ng Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) ang Bangsamoro Organic Law (BOL).

Batay sa statement of votes (SOV) ng ARMM regional plebiscite board of canvassers, nasa 1,540,017 ang bumoto ng yes sa BOL habang 198,750 ang bumoto ng no.

Lumabas sa SOV na mayroong 599,581 yes votes at 9,096 no votes ang Maguindanao; 503,420 yes votes at 9,735 no votes sa Lanao Del Sur; 137,630 yes votes at 163,526 no votes sa Sulu; 147,598 yes votes at 6,486 no votes sa Basilan; at 151,788 yes votes at 9,907 no votes sa Tawi-tawi.

Ang resulta ng mayorya ng mga boto sa buong ARMM ang basehan ng pagsama ng mga lalawigang sakop nito sa Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).

Sa ilalim ng batas, magtatalaga ang Pangulo ng 18 indibidwal na bubuo sa Bangsamoro Transition Authority (BTA), ang interim government ng Bangsamoro.

Sa loob ng transition period, ang BTA ang magpapasa ng mga batas ukol sa pamamahala, kita, lokal na pamahalaan at edukasyon sa rehiyon.
