Ilang oras matapos siyang maaresto ay isinugod sa ospital si Daraga, Albay Mayor Carlwyn Baldo.
Na-admit sa isang pagamutan sa Legazpi City si Baldo alas 11:00 ng gabi ng Martes matapos mahirapang huminga habang siya ay nasa detention cell.
Ayon kay Senior Supt. Arnold Ardiente, hepe ng Criminal Investigation and Detection Group sa Bicol, maliban sa mayroong hika ay tumaas din ang presyon ni Baldo.
Hindi pa tukoy kung kailan papayagan ng mga duktor na makalabas ng ospital si Baldo.
Nakatakda sanang isailalim sa inquest proceedings ngayong araw ang alkalde.
