Daraga Mayor Baldo inaresto dahil sa mga hindi lisensyadong baril
Inaresto ng mga tauhan ng Philippine National Police-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group o PNP-CIDG si Daraga Mayor Carlwyn Baldo.
Ito ay sa bisa ng search warrant sa kanyang bahay sa Barangay Tagas, Daraga, Albay.
Sa naturang operasyon na ginawa kaninang pasado alas-dos ng hapon, nakumpiska sa tahanan ni Baldo ang mga hindi lisensyadong baril tulad ng dalawang Cal. 45 pistol, mga bala at grenade launcher.
Ayon kay PNP Region 5 Director Chief Supt. Arnel Escobal, bigo si Baldo na makapagpakita ng mga kaukulang permit ng mga armas.
Si Baldo ang itinuturong mastermind sa pagpatay kay Ako Bicol Partlist Rep. Rodel Batocabe at police escort nito na si SPO2 Orlando Diaz noong December 22, 2018.
