Ito ay matapos ibasura ng korte Quezon City ang kasong illegal possession of firearms and explosives na kaniyang kinakaharap.
Ibinahagi ng grupong Karapatan ang mga larawan ni Baylosis matapos makalaya sa Camp Bagong Diwa.
Dinakip si Baylosis sa Quezon City noong Jan. 31 ng nakaraang taon kasama ang isang Roque Guillermo.
Ito ay matapos na mahulihan umano sila ng mga armas.
