Nanumpa na sa Kamara ang kapalit ng pinatay na si Ako Bicol Partylist Rep. Rodel Batocabe.
Sa mosyon ni House Majority Leader Rolando Andaya, nanumpa si Ronald Ang kay House Speaker Glora Macapag-Arroyo.
Ang kapalit ni Batocabe ang ika-4 na nominee ng Ako Bicol Partylist.
Inindorso ni Andaya si Ang sa kandidatura ni Batocabe na pinatay noong December 22, 2018.
Ang iba pang kinatawan ng grupo sa Kongreso ay sina Christopher Co at Alfredo Garbin.
