OPAPP: Billy Andal hindi sugo ng gobyerno kay Joma Sison
Nanindigan si Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process Secretary Carlito Galvez na hindi inutusan ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte si Movie Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) board member Avelino “Billy” Andal na magsagawa ng back channel talks kay Communist Party of the Philippines founding chairman Jose Maria Sison.
Sa panayam ng Radyo Inquirer, sinabi ni Galvez na mismong si Pangulong Duterte ang nagsabi kagabi sa command conference na hindi niya inutusan si Andal.
Hindi aniya konektado si Andal sa Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (OPAPP) at hindi nakasama sa alinmang peace negotiating discussion.
Hindi aniya otorisado si Andal na gumawa ng anumang uri ng pakikipag usap kay Sison.
Sa ngayon, sinabi ni Galvez na ang Executive Order 70 o ang localized peace talks ang umiiral sa bansa.
Paniwala ni Galvez ang localized peace talks ang magiging susi sa kapayapaan at progreso sa bansa.
