Binalaan ng Department of Education (DepEd) ang mga guro na maari silang maharap sa kasong kapag nakisawsaw sila partisan politics.

Tiniyak naman ng ahensya ang kaligtasan ng mga guro na magsisilbi sa sunod na halalan.
