Ayon sa Phivolcs, ang episentro ng lindol ay sa layong 15 kilometro Timog-Silangan ng bayan ng Adams.
May lalim ang pagyanig na 20 kilometro at tectonic ang dahilan.
Wala namang inaasahang pinsala sa mga ari-arian at aftershocks.
