Hindi makadadalo si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa mga aktibidad sa Sinulog sa Jan. 20 sa Cebu City.
Nagpa-abiso na ang Office of the President sa pamamagitan ni Presidential Staff Officer Rosbert Serona Jr. ng Office of the Appointments Secretary na hindi mapapaunlakan ng pangulo ang imbitasyon sa aktibidad.
Si Pangulong Duterte ay inimbitahan ni Cebu City Coun. David Tumulak, chairman ng Sinulog Execom para maging guest of honor sa Sinulog Grand Parade sa a-beinte ng Enero sa Cebu City Sports Complex.
Pero ayon sa Malakanyang busy ang schedule ng pangulo kaya hindi ito makararating sa nasabing event.
Binanggit ng Palasyo ang mga engagement ng pangulo na higit na nangangailangan ng kaniyang atensyon.
