Lookout bulletin laban kay Baldo inilabas ng DOJ
Naglabas ang Department of Justice (DOJ) ng Immigration Lookout Bulletin Oder (ILBO) laban kay Daraga, Albay Mayor Carlwyn Baldo, ang umanoy utak sa pagpatay kay Ako Bicol Partylist Rep. Rodel Batocabe.
Bukod kay Baldo, inilagay din sa lookout order ang iba pang suspek sa kaso na sina Emmanuel Rosillo, Jaywin Babor, Danilo Muella, Henry Yuson, Gilbert Concepcion, Agaton Concepcion, Christopher Cabrera Naval at Emnmanuel Judavar.
Oras na sakop na ng ILBO, ang isang tao ay hindi pwedeng makalabas ng bansa ng walang clearance mula sa Justice Secretary.
Ininguso si Baldo ng ibang suspek na siya umanong nag-utos sa kanilang patayin si Batocabe kapalit ng pera.
Itinanggi ito ng alkalde bagaman siya ang itinuturo ng mga sumukong sangkot sa krimen.
Si Baldo at ang anim na suspek ay kinasuhan na ng double murder case kaugnay ng pagpatay sa kongresista at police escort nitong si SPO2 Orlando Diaz.
