5.1% lang ang naitalang December inflation – PSA
Bumagal ang inflation o paglobo ng halaga ng bilihin at serbisyo para sa buwan ng Disyembre.
Ayon sa Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), 5.1% lang ang naitalang inflation noong Disyembre pinakamababa simula noong June 2018.
Sinabi ng PSA na ang headline inflation average para sa buong taon ng 2018 ay 5.2%.
Ipinaliwanag ng PSA na ang pagbagal ng inflation sa buwan ng Disyembre ay dahil sa pagbaba ng presyo ng pagkain, non-alcoholic beverages at pamasahe.
Maliban sa pagkain at inumin, kabilang din sa contributors para sa overall inflation ay Top three contributors to overall inflation, housing, water, electricity, gas, at iba pang produktong petrolyo, restaurant at miscellaneous goods and services.
