Isa sa gunmen sa Batocabe murder case sumuko sa militar
Hawak na ng mga otoridad ang isa sa mga gunmen sa kaso ng pagpatay kay AKO Bicol party-list Rep. Rodel Batocabe.
Ayon sa hepe ng PNP-CIDG na si Chief Supt. Amador Corpuz, kusang sumuko kahapon sa militar ang suspek na si Henry Yuson.
Nasa kostodiya ngayon ng PNP-CIDG Region 5 si Yuson.
Batay sa pahayag ng mga testigo si Yuson ay isa sa dalawang gunmen na bumaril kay Batocabe at sa police escort nito.
Ang isa pang bumaril ay si Rolando Aromado.
Sina Yuson at Aromado ay kapwa dating miyembro ng New People’s Army.
Si Yuson ay mayroon ding standing warrant of arrest para sa kasong rape.
