DA: Pinasala sa agrikultura dahil sa pananalasa ng Bagyong Usman, umabot na ng P300M
Umabot na sa 300 milyong piso ang halaga ng pinsala sa agrilultura dahil sa pananalanta ng Bagyong Usman sa bansa.
Ayon sa Department of Agriculture (DA), pinakanapinsala ang bigas na umabot sa P266.98 million.
Dahil dito, aabot sa 7,496 metric tons sa volume ng production ang nawala.
Base sa DA-Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) Operations Center umabot na sa P299.44 million na may estimated volume na 9,606 metric tons ang apektado.
Nasa 13,862 hectares ang apektadong agricultural areas kung saan apektado ang 11,231 na mga magsasaka.
Magpapatuloy namang nakatutok at magbibigay ng update ang DA-DRRM Operations Center.
