Patay ang apat na katao habang sugatan ang 40 iba pa ang pinaniniwalaang na-rap sa pagsabog na naganap sa isang gusali sa Russia.

Pinaniniwalaang gas leak ang dahilan ng pagsabog na nagdulot ng pinsala sa 48 apartments sa siyam na palapag na gusali.

Naganap ang pagsabog sa 1,700 kilometers east mula sa Moscow.

Agad namang nagtungo sa lugar si President Vladimir Putin para bisitahin ang mga nasugatan.
