Arestado ang top 1 most wanted na miyembro ng New People’s Army (NPA) sa Agusan Del Norte, Linggo ng umaga.
Nahuli ang communist-NPA terrorist na si Joaquin Madrianon alyas “Alto” o “Junjun” sa kanyang pinagtataguan sa Purok Spring, Barangay Tagcatong sa bayan ng Carmen.
Ayon kay 402nd Infantry Brigade civil military operations officer Maj. Ronald Putol, ipinagbigay-alam ng ilang concerned citizen ang lokasyon ng suspek.
Aniya pa, may kinalaman ang suspek sa pagpatay ng mga lumad sa Agusan.
Naaresto si Madrianon sa bisa ng warrant of arrest dahil sa ilang kaso ng murder.
Si Madrianon ay top 2 sa most wanted sa naturang probinsya.
Agad namang dinala ang suspek sa Carmen Municipal Police Station para sa sa isasagawang imbestigasyon.
