Biyahe ng mga sasakyang pandagat sa Surigao City sinuspinde dahil sa bagyong Usman

Sinuspinde ng Philippine Coast Guard ang biyahe ng mga sasakyang pandagat sa Surigao City.
Sa abiso ng Department of Transportation (DOTr) lahat ng sea travels mula sa Surigao City, Surigao Del Norte ay suspendido dahil sa epekto ng bagyong Usman.
Nakataas din ang gale warning sa eastern seaboard ng Mindanao at kabilang dito ang Surigao Provinces at Siargao Island.
Pinayuhan ng DOTr ang mga mangingisda at mga sasakyang pandagat na sumunod sa panuntunan upang maiwasan ang aksidente sa karagatan.
