Senador Trillanes dapat nagpaalam muna bago umalis ng bansa — Secretary Guevarra
Pinatutsadahan ni Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra si Senador Antonio Trillanes makalipas nitong umalis sa Pilipinas at magtungo sa Europa.
Ayon kay Guevarra, dapay ay humingi muna ng permiso ang senador para lumabas ng bansa kahit na wala siyang hold departure order.
Paalala ni Guevarra, standard legal practice ito para sa isang taong mayroong pending na kaso sa mga korte.
Sa ngayon ay may kinakaharap na kasong rebelyon si Trillanes sa Makati City Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 150 at mga kaso naman ng libel sa Davao City RTC Branch 54.
December 11 nang lumipad pa-Europa ang senador.
