Dumalaw si PNP Chief Dir. Gen. Oscar Albayalde sa burol ni SPO1 Orlando Diaz, ang police escort ni AKO Bicol party-list Rep. Rodel Batocabe na napatay din sa pamamaril habang nasa isang gift giving ang mambabatas sa Daraga, Albay.
Parehong idineklarang dead on arrival ang dalawa.
Ayon kay Albayalde takot magsalita ang mga saksi sa insidente.
Bumuo na ang PNP ng isa special task group na siyang mag-iimbestiga sa pagpatay kay Batocabe at Diaz.
Dadalawa naman si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa burol ni Batocabe ngayong araw.
