Bagong pinuno ng Air Force ganap pormal nang nanungkulan sa pwesto
Pinangunahan ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang change of command ceremony na ginanap sa Villamor Air Base, Biyernes ng hapon.
Pinalitan ni Briguez si Lt. Gen. Galileo Kintanar Jr., na nagretiro na sa pwesto.
Bago maging pinuno ng Air Force si Briguez ay commander ng unit na naka-assign para pangasiwaan ang claim ng Pilipinas sa West Philippine Sea.
Miyembro si Briguez ng “Sinagtala Class of 1986”.
Sa January 17, 2020 maaabot ni Briguez ang mandatory retirement age na 56.
