Magaganap ang courtesy call, ni Gray kay Pangulong Duterte sa Kalayaan Hangar sa Villamor Air Base sa Pasay City, alas 5:30 ng hapon mamaya.
Unang napaulat na sa Malakanyang mangyayari ang courtesy call.
Nakatakda rin kasing umalis si Gray mamayang gabi papuntang New York para sa pormal na pagsisimula ng kaniyang responsibilidad bilang Miss Universe.
Sa Enero 2019 naman na ang opisyal na homecoming para kay Catriona dito sa Pilipinas.
