Brig. Gen. Divino Pabayon, bagong 11th ID commander sa Jolo, Sulu

Personal na pinangunahan ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang instalasyon ni Brig. General Divino Pabayon bilang bagong kumander ng 11th Infantry Division sa Jolo, Sulu.

Isinagawa ang installation sa Kuta Heneral Teodulfo Bautista Headquarters sa Jolo kahapon (December 17).

Ang activation ng bagong infantry division ay pangtapat ni Presidente Duterte sa karahasan na nagaganap sa lugar bunsod ng panggugulo ng Abu Sayyaf Group at iba pang armadong grupo.

Kasabay nito, pinangunahan din ng punong ehekutibo ang ceremonial distribution ng pistols o mga baril sa mga opsiyal ng Joint Task Force Sulu.

Dumalo rin sa naturang aktibidad sina Presidential Adviser for Military Affairs Arthur Tabaquero at Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana.
