Aabot sa P2.4 bilyong pondo sa 2018 national budget ang ilalaan ng pamahalaan para sa rehabilitasyon sa marawi city.
Ayon kay National Economic Development Authority (NEDA) undersecretary Adoracion Navarro, kukunin ang naturang pondo sa unprogrammed funds ng kasalukuyang pondo.
Gugugulin aniya ang pondo para sa most affected areas o ground zero sa Marawi City.
May 2017 nang lusubin ng teroristang ISIS at Maute group ang Marawi City.
