Itinanghal ang pambato ng Puerto Rico na si Valerie Vazquez Latorre bilang Miss Supranational 2018.
Sumunod kay Latorre bilang first runner-up si Katrina Dimaranan mula sa United States, second runner-up si Magdalena Bienkowska mula sa Poland, third runner-up si Wilda Octaviana mula sa Indonesia at fourth runner-up si Diana Romera mula sa Mexico.
Umabot naman si Miss Philippines Jehza Huelar sa Top 10 candidates kasama ang iba pang representante ng Romania, Brazil, Vietnam at Venezuela.
Isinagawa ang coronation night sa Krynica, Poland.
