Iaapela ng kampo ng tinaguriang pork barrel scam queen na si Janel Lim-Napoles ang naging desisyon ng Sandiganbayan.
Ayon kay Atty. Stephen David, abugado ni Napoles, hindi pwedeng mahatulan ng plunder ang kaniyang kliyente dahil isa itong pribadong indbidwal.
At kung naabswelto aniya si Senator Bong Revilla na co-accused ni Napoles, ay paanong si Napoles na isang private individual ay nahatulan.
Dahil dito ay maghahain umano sila ng motion for reconsideration.
Mayroong 15-araw ang kampo ni Napoles para umapela.
Matapos mahatulan na guilty, iniutos naman ng Sandiganbayan na mailipat sa Correctional Institution for Women sa Mandaluyong City si Napoles mula sa Camp Bagong Diwa.
