Davao City RTC naglabas ng warrant of arrest laban kay Sen. Antonio Trillanes
Nagpalabas ng warrant of arrest ang Davao City Region Trial Court Branch 54 laban kay Senator Antonio Trillanes IV kaugnay sa kaso nitong libelo na isinampa ni Presidential son Paolo Duterte.
Sa inilabas na warrant of arrest ipinag-utos ni Judge Melinda Alconcel Dayanghirang ang pagdakip sa senador.
P24,000 ang inilatag na piyansa ni Judge Dayanghirang para sa pansamantalang kalayaan ni Trillanes.
Una dito, hindi muna dinesisyunan ng korte ang hirit na hold departure order ng DOJ laban kay Trillanes at sa halip ay nagtakda ito ng pagdinig.
