500 PNP personnel sumailalim sa water asearch and rescue training

Aabot sa 500 tauhan ng Philippine National Police (ONP) ang nakakumpleto ng water search and rescue (WASAR) training bilang bahagi ng PNP basic internal security operations course (BISOC) sa General Santos City.

Ang mga pulis ay sumailalim sa BISOC training at ang mga tauhan ng Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) Special Operations Unit Personnel sa Coast Guard Station (CGS) Gensan ang nagsanay sa kanila.

Walong araw na WASAR training ang isinagawa sa Kawas Beach, Alabel, Sarangani.

Kasama sa training ang beach perimeter defense; water survival and life saving techniques; basic swimming techniques; rubber boat capsizing, recovery at rubber boat carries at iba pa.
