Pasado na sa House Committee on Transportation ang substitute bill upang mabigyan ang mga estudyante ng 20% discount sa lahat ng uri ng transportasyon.
Palalawigin ng panukala ang ibinibigay na diskwento sa pamasahe para sa lahat ng mga estudyante sa bansa.
Sa oras na maging ganap na batas ay mabibigyan ng 20% student fare discount ang mga mag-aaral sa land, water, at air transport systems.
Dahil dito, obligado nang magbigay ng 20% student fare discount ang mga bus, jeepneys, taxis, tricycle, transport network vehicle services (TNVS), MRT, LRT, gayundin ang mga airlines at barko.
Kasama na rin sa bibigyan ng discount ang Sabado at Linggo gayundin kapag pista opisyal.
