Maghahain ng counter charges ang kampo nina dating Rep. Satur Ocampo at Party List Rep. France Castro laban sa pulis at militar.
Ayon kay Bayan Muna Chairman Neri Colmenares, magsasampa sila ng kontra reklamo para mabigyang leksyon ang nasa likod ng pangha-harass sa grupo ni Ocampo at Castro.
Aniya ilegal ang pagkakabilanggo sa grupo.
Sa ngayon pinag-aaralan na aniya nila ang insidente para sa mga isasampang kaso laban sa mga sundalo, Alamara paramilitary group at sa PNP.
Isa na sa mga opsyon ayon kay Colmenares ang isampa ang kaso sa Office of the Ombusman para sa reklamong kriminal at administratibo.
