Pagpili kay Bersamin bilang chief justice pinuri ni House Speaker Arroyo

Pinuri ni House Speaker Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo ang pagkakahirang ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte kay bagong Chief Justice Lucas Bersamin.

Sa isang ambush interview kay Arroyo sa Pampanga, sinabi nitong “very qualified” sa pwesto si Bersamin.

Mayroon aniyang malawak nang juducial experience ang bagong punong mahistrado.

Kasabay nito ay binati ni Arroyo si Bersamin para sa bago nitong pwesto.

Si Arroyo ang nagtalaga kay Bersamin bilang associate justice ng Korte Suprema.
