OPAPP Sec. Jess Dureza nagbitiw sa pwesto
Nagbitiw sa kanyang pwesto si Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (OPAPP) Sec. Jess Dureza.
Ito ang kinumpirma ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa inagurasyon ng bagong gawang Bohol-Panglao International Airport.
Bagaman mabigat sa kanyang kalooban ay tinanggap ng pangulo ang resignation ni Dureza dahil sa delicadeza.
Magugunitang si Dureza ay isa sa mga pinaka-malapit sa pangulo na miyembro ng kanyang gabinete at kababayan niya sa Davao City.
Nauna dito ay sinabi ng pangulo na sinibak niya sa pwesto sina OPAPP Usec. Ronald Flores na siyang Undersecretary for Support Services and PAMANA National Program Manager at Asec. Yeshter Donn P. Baccay.
Sa kanyang pahayag ay sinabi ng pangulo na sinibak niya ang nasabing mga OPAPP officials dahil sa isyu ng katiwalian.
Ayon pa kay Duterte, “IUn fairness to sec dureza, maybe bec he is the head of the office. itong dalawa nagkalat.”
Hanggang sa ngayon ay wala pang inilalabas na opisyal na pahayag si Dureza at ang mga sinibak na opisyal ng OPAPP.
