De Lima humirit ng TRO sa pagtestigo laban sa kaniya ng mga nahatulan nang preso
Nagsumite ng petisyon sa Court of Appeals si Senator Leila De Lima para harangin ang pagprisinta sa mga nahatulang preso bilang testigo laban sa kaniya.
Sa kaniyang petisyon, nais ni De Lima na maglabas ng temporary restraining order ang korte sa kautusan ni Judge Lorna Navarro-Domingo ng Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court Branch 206.
Sakaling maaprubahan ang petisyon ni De Lima, hindi maipiprisinta ng prosekusyon ang 13 testigo sa sala ni Navarro-Domiongo.
Ayon kay De Lima, labag sa ilalim ng RA 6981 o Witness Protection, Security and Benefit Act ang pagpapatestigo sa mga convicted na.
Kabilang sa pinahaharang ni De Lima ang pagtestigo sa korte laban sa kaniya nina German Agojo, Nonilo Arile, Jojo Baligad, Joel Capones, Peter Co, Herbert Colanggo, Engelberto Durano, Rodolgfo Magleo, Noel Martinez, Jaime Patcho, Vicente Sy, Hans Tan, at Froilan Trestiz.
