JBC inilabas na ang shortlist para sa SC chief justice post
Inilabas na ng Judicial and Bar Council (JBC) ang shortlist nito para susunod na magiging punong mahistrado ng Korte Suprema.
Inaunsyo ito ni JBC ex-officio member Justice Sec. Menardo Guevarra.
Nakakuha ng tig-aanim na boto sina Acting Chief Justice Antonio Carpio at Associate Justices Diosdado Peralta, Lucas Bersamin, at Estela Perlas-Bernabe.
Habang 5 boto naman ang nakuha ni Associate Justice Andres Reyes, Jr.
Ang pwesto ay nabakante matapos maabot magretiro si dating Justice Teresita Leonardo-De Castro.
