Naghain ng reklamo sa Prosecutor’s Office sa Taguig City Hall of Justice si dating Customs Commissioner Isidro Lapena laban kay Customs Deputy Collector Attorney Ma. Lourdes Mangaoang.
Ito ay dahil sa umano ay paninira na ginawa sa kaniya ni Mangaoang hinggil sa P11 billion na shabu smuggling.
