HUDCC secretary-general sinibak sa pwesto ni Duterte
Sinibak sa pwesto ngayong araw ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte si Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC) Secretary-General Falconi V. Millar dahil sa mga reklamo ng katiwalian laban sa nasabing opisyal.
Sinabi ni Presidential Spokesman Salvador Panelo na “effective immediately” ang utos ng pangulo.
“There are no sacred cows in the Administration, especially in its drive against corruption. As the President said, he will not tolerate even a whiff of corruption in the Executive Branch of Government”, ayon kay Panelo.
Gayunman ay tiniyak ng Malacañang na hindi makaka-apekto sa pagbibigay ng serbisyo sa publiko ang pagkakasibak sa secretary-general ng HUDCC.
Dagdag pa ni Panelo, “We assure the public that the delivery of public services shall unimpedely continue, especially in rehabilitating Marawi City and other affected areas”.
Wala pang inihahayag na pangalan ang Malacañang na papalit sa sinibak na opisyal ng HUDCC,
Nauna dito ay sinabi ng pangulo na marami pa siyang sisibakin sa pamahalaan dahil sa patuloy na kampanya ng kanyang administrasyon laban sa katiwalian.
