Patay ang isang lider at dalawang miyembro ng gun-for-hire group matapos maka-engkwentro ang mga pulis sa isang checkpoint sa Taysan, Batangas.
Naganap ang engkwentro alas 9:15 ng umaga ng Huwebes (Nov. 22) sa Barangay Bilogo.
Ayon kay Calabarzon Police Director Superintendent Edward Carranza, ang mga nasawi ay pawang mula sa Solomon Panal Group na sangkot sa gun-for-hire at robbery incidents sa Batangas, Bulacan, Pampanga at maging sa Metro Manila.
Nakuha mula sa mga suspek ang iba’t ibang mga armas.
Patuloy pa ang imbestigasyon sa insindente.
