Bagyong Samuel tumama sa kalupaan ng Barotac Nuevo, Iloilo
Muling naglandfall ang tropical depression Samuel.
Ayon sa PAGASA, alas 9:00 ng umaga nang tumama sa kalupaang sakop ng Barotac Nuevo, Iloilo ang bagyo.
Huli itong namataan sa bisinidad ng Leganes, Iloilo.
Taglay pa rin nito ang lakas ng hanging aabot sa 45 kph malapit sa gitna at pagbugsong 65 kph.
Kumikilos ang bagyo sa bilis na 40 kilometers bawat oras sa direksyong West Southwest.
