Ipinagbawal ng Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) ang paglalayag sa Manila Bay dahil sa pagbisita ni Chinese President Xi Jinping.
Sa ipinalabas na abiso ng PCG, bawal maglayag sa loob ng 3,000 yarda mula sa shoreline ng Pier 25 hanggang sa Philippine International Convention Center o PICC.
Kaugnay nito ay nag-deploy ng dalawang multi-role response vessels, 8 fastboats, dalawang alum boats na may lulang armadong personnel.
