Kris Aquino, walang kakayahang magpapatay – lawyers

Iginiit ng kampo ni Kris Aquino na wala itong kakayahang magpapatay.

Sagot ito ng mga abogado ng Queen of All Media sa paratang ni Atty. Jesus Falcis na tinakot ni Aquino ang kanyang kapatid na si Nicardo ‘Nicko’ Falcis Jr.

Matatandang nagsampo si Aquino ng kasong qualified theft laban kay Falcis na kanyang business partner at project manager mula taong 2016.

Inaakusahan ni Aquino si Falcis ng iligal na paggamit ng pondo ng kanilang production company na Kristina C. Aquino Productions (KCAP) para sa personal use.

Ayon kay Atty. Falcis, ang pagbabanta ni Aquino kay Nicko ay ang dahilan kaya napilitan itong umalis ng bansa.

Samantala, kwinestyon naman ng mga abogado ni Kris ang pagsasalita ni Atty. Falcis para sa kanyang kapatid.

Wala pa anilang isinusumiteng counter affidavit si Nicko at wala pa rin namang warrant of arrest.

Giit pa ng kampo, ang pag-alis ng bansa at pagtatago ay isang ‘admission of guilt’.

I have heard all the insults BUT the 1 thing that has never stuck is that kris aquino is a liar. Drama queen, possible… but definitely not lying queen and never magnanakaw queen. On Monday morning with an apology in advance to Mayor Herbert Bautista and Vice Mayor Joy Belmonte, i shall again need to step on your turf because the Quezon City Hall of Justice is within your compound. I was brought up to respect the rule of law, my father gave his life for that principle. And i am also my mother’s daughter, so i shall be exercising my constitutional right to defend my dignity and honor. Pinalaki po akong hinaharap, hindi tinataguan ang lahat ng mga kaso. P.S.
