Duterte: Military activities sa South China Sea posibleng mauwi sa giyera

Aminado si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na mistulang “inaangkin” na ng china ang mga pinag-aagawang teritoryo sa South China Sea.

Ayon  sa pangulo, anumang military drill sa sa South China Sea ay maaring magdulot ng military response at mauwi sa giyera.

Dahil dito, sinabi ng pangulo na dapat na tanggapin na lamang ng lahat ng claimant country na inaangkin na ng China ang karagatan kung saan naroon ang kanilang presensya.

Dagdag pa ni Duterte, “Wise to hold military drill…  South China Sea? It’s not military drill bceuase I said China is already in possession, it’s not in their hands, so why do we have to create frictions, military activity that will promt a response from China.”

Sinabi pa ng pangulo na sakaling magka giyera sa naturang lugar, ang mga Filipino ang unang makararanas ng paghihirap.

“I do not mind everybody going to war except the Philippines is just beside those islands and if there’s a shooting there my country will be first  to suffer, that is my only national interest there nothing else”, ayon sa pangulo.
