Puganteng Amerikano arestado ng BI

Naaresto ng Bureau of Immigration (BI) sa Parañaque City ang isang puganteng Amerikano dahil sa pagiging overstaying sa bansa.

Ayon kay Immigration Commissioner Jaime Morente, ang 81 anyos na suspek na si Harold Leigh Andrews ay dinakip sa kaniyang unit sa East Bay Residences sa Sucat Road.

Ang nasabing suspek ay pinaghahanap ng US federal authorities dahil sa patung-patong ng kasong fraud na kinakaharap.

Kasabay nito, ipatatapon rin palabas ng bansa si Andrews at hindi na papayagan pang makabalik ng bansa.

Mahigit limang taon na umanong nagtatago sa bansa si Andrews at dumating ito ng Pilipinas noong January 2013.
