WATCH: UP may pa-bonfire bilang pagdiriwang sa guilty verdict kay Rep. Marcos

Nagsagawa ng bonfire ang UP Community, Biyernes ng gabi sa University of the Philippines (UP) bilang pagdiriwang sa guilty verdict ng Sandiganbayan kay dating Unang Ginang Imelda Marcos.

Isinagawa ang bonfire sa Sunken Garden.

Ang mga dumalo may bitbit pang malaking streamer na may nakasulat na “No erasures, no revisions! Never again to martial law”.

Dumalo din sa pa-bonfire ang mga bahagi ng UP Department of History.

Kabilang dito ang historian na si Maria Serena Diokno.

Ayon kay Diokno kahit hindi makulon g ang dating unang ginang hindi na maitatwa pa ang katotohanan na ngayong araw, naitala sa kasaysayan ang kaniyang pagiging magnanakaw.
