Direktor ng MPD inilipat sa NPD

Inalis bilang direktor ng Manila Police District (MPD) si Chief Supt. Rolando Anduyan at nakatakda siyang ilipat sa Northern Police District (NPD).

Ito ay sa gitna ng kontrobersyang kinasangkutan ng isa niyang tauhan na umano ay nanggahasa ng 15 anyos na dalagita.

Pero itinanggi ni National Capital Region police Office (NCRPO) Chief Guillermo Eleazar na may kaugnayan sa rape isyu ang paglipat kay Anduyan.

Ano Eleazar ang paglipat kay Anduyan ay base sa “command guidance” galing sa PNP Headquarters sa Camp Crame.

Sa November 17 pormal na magsisimula ang panunungkulan ni Anduyan bilang NPD director.

Papalit kay Anduyan sa MPD bilang acting district director si Sr. Supt. Vicente Dupa Danao Jr. na magsisimula nang manungkulan sa pwesto ngayong araw.

Si Danao ay dating police chief sa Davao City.
