DOJ pinagsusumite ng sagot sa hirit ni Trillanes na ibasura ang kaso sa Makati RTC
Pinasasagot ng Makati Regional Trial Court ang Department of Justice sa hirit ni Sen. Antonio Trillanes na nagpapagdedeklara sa Proclamation 572 na labag sa Saligang Batas.
Sa inlabas na direktiba ni Makati Regional Trial Court Branch 148 Judge Andres Soriano ngayong araw ay pinagkokomento niya ang DOJ sa partial motion for reconsideration na inihain ni Trillanes.
Kasunod ito ng desisyon ng hukuman noong October 22 sa coup’d etat case ng senador kaugnay ng Oakwood mutiny noong 2003.
Ayon kay Makati RTC Branch 148 clerk of court Atty. Maria Rhodora Peralta, ang partial motion for reconsideration ay inihain ni Trillanes kahapon, araw ng Lunes.
Una rito, naghain ang DOJ ng sarili nitong partial motion for reconsideration para bawiin ang pagbasura nito sa hirit nilang pagpapa-aresto at paglalagay dito sa hold departure list kasunod ng pagpapawalang bisa sa amnesty ng senador.
