Inilabas na rin ng Malakanyang ang appointment paper ni bagong Bureau of Customs Commissioner Rey Leonardo Guerrero.

Papalitan ni Guerrero si Isidro Lapeña na itinalaga naman ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte bilang director-general ng TESDA.

Gaya ng kay Lapeña, October 30 din ang petsa ng nasabing appointment paper.

Bago mailabas ang appointment paper, si Guerrero ay nakapanumpa na rin sa pwesto kay Pangulong Duterte noong nakaraang linggo.
